Hiring: Audit Partner | SR. Audit Manager/Director
Location: Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site Leadership Role

The Position: We are seeking an accomplished Audit Partner to join our leadership team in Irvine. This individual will play a critical role in guiding the firm’s assurance practice, managing client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and shaping the growth strategy of the practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and expand the assurance practice, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards.
- Manage and grow key client relationships across diverse industries.
- Oversee multiple audit engagements, from planning through reporting.
- Mentor and develop staff at all levels, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive business development, networking, and client acquisition efforts.
- Partner with the executive team to set strategic vision and firm-wide goals.
- Provide technical expertise, staying current with industry standards and regulations.
What You Need (Qualifications)
- CPA license in good standing (required).
- 12 years of progressive public accounting experience, with significant audit leadership.
- Proven track record as a Partner, Principal/Director, or Senior Manager in a public accounting firm.
- Strong technical background in GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting (preferred).
- Business development experience with a strong local and regional network.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Must be local to the Orange County/Irvine area.
