Responsibilities
- Assist the team in monitoring outstanding risk of all transactions of the bank's corporate assets by preparing detailed periodic credit reviews, including in depth financial/operating analysis, including financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and overall credit worthiness of the borrower
- Collect and analyze financial and operating data to complete, as required. Annual and Quarterly Reviews of each loan of the Corporate Banking Portfolio, including analysis of financial statements, covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, analysis of business performance, operating performance and insurance policies status
- Manage the Portfolio alert system, through S&P and other sources of news, to monitor updates and detect potential weaknesses that may occur in the Corporate Banking Portfolio’s borrowers, shareholders, sponsors, off-takers, or related parties
- Collaborate with the elaboration of Portfolio concentration reports by economic sector and country, industry, market and other reports for decision making at top management level
- Assist with data validations and prepare reports for the Structured Finance department and other areas of the bank as required
- Create, update and maintain ticklers in Lending Cloud system with accuracy, namely, covenant compliance monitoring and reporting requirements
- Ensure the accuracy of data on credit documentation received
- Generate reports of active and past due ticklers and periodic reports, and inform client managers of any past due reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a four-year degree (B.A, B.S.), or equivalent in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar• 2 years of experience required
- Graduate degree is highly desirable
