Sales Development Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales-based marketing strategies to identify and secure potential clients, focusing on prospecting and networking.
• Manage commercial clients' insurance options, providing guidance on benefits and limitations of each policy.
• Facilitate the claims process, ensure all clients complete required forms, and inform clients on insurance policy requirements.
• Host special events for employees, individual, commercial, and corporate clients, representing Banco Popular Puerto Rico's commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver insurance proposals to potential and existing clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
