Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Teller Operations Specialist I located in Coral Gables, FL. The incumbent will oversee teller operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting the teller team, managing the cash vault, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the teller line. Additional tasks include resolving customer inquiries, balancing cash transactions, and assisting with audits as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling, transaction processing, and balancing cash operations
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal communication abilities

- Detail-oriented with proficiency in banking software and accurate data entry
