Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Johnson City, TN. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners and business clients. Key duties include developing and maintaining partnerships, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, analyzing client needs, facilitating transaction processing solutions, and ensuring superior client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for expansion, deliver sales presentations, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.
Qualifications
- Business development and client relationship management experience
- Proficiency in financial and transaction processing systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
