Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their payment processing needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized. Key tasks include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience through customized solutions. The role involves consistent collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continued growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charleston, WV.
Qualifications
