Job Title: Local Marketing & Cashier Associate
About the Role:
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic team member who loves donuts and loves making people smile! This is a unique, dynamic role where you won't just be stuck behind a register all day. Your time will be split between helping customers in-store (70%) and getting out into the community to build relationships and market our brand (30%).
Compensation & Perks:
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour base pay
- Tips: Average an additional $1.50 per hour

Must-Have Availability: Open availability from Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM is our absolute most important requirement for this position.What You'll Be Doing
In-Store Cashier Duties (70%):
- Perform regular cashier duties, including taking orders, processing payments, and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service to everyone who walks through the door.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Community Marketing Duties (30%):
- Business Outreach: Take donut samples to local businesses daily to get our product in people's mouths and generate catering leads.
- School Outreach: Deliver "Free Donut" cards to local elementary schools to build community ties.
- Community Relations: Field, manage, and coordinate all donation requests for two of our store locations.
- Deliveries: Jump in to make local deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (required for marketing drops and deliveries).
- A highly outgoing, friendly personality—you aren't afraid to walk into a business and introduce yourself!
- Strong organizational skills to manage donation requests across two locations.
- Punctual and highly reliable.
