Role Description In this full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL, the Job Title will support a best-in-class customer experience on the sales floor. Daily responsibilities may include welcoming customers, providing styling and product recommendations, and maintaining visual and merchandising standards that reflect the Banana Republic brand. The role will assist with fitting rooms, point-of-sale transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The Job Title will also help maintain store cleanliness, restock inventory, and support back-of-house tasks such as shipment processing and inventory organization. Collaboration with team members and leaders to meet sales goals and uphold company policies and safety standards is a key part of the role.
