Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead to join our Banana Republic team at our on-site location in Elizabeth, NJ. The Lead will be responsible for supporting the daily store operations, driving team success, and ensuring that customers have an exceptional in-store experience. This role includes overseeing sales initiatives, coaching team members, ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld, and fostering a customer-centric environment. The Lead will also support inventory management and contribute to meeting store performance goals, while promoting the values and culture of the Banana Republic brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development skills, including the ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate team members
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent in-store experience and build positive customer relationships
• Operational knowledge of retail store functions, including sales initiatives, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the Banana Republic brand and its products
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Experience in retail or leadership roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus
