Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team full time at our Elizabeth, NJ location. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting team development. Your duties will include overseeing sales floor activities, assisting with visual merchandising and inventory management, coaching team members, and meeting store performance goals. You will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring store efficiency while upholding the brand’s high standards.
