Landscape Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance commercial landscapes year-round, including snow and ice removal during winter.
- Perform landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Monday through Friday (no weekend work)
- Complete spring and fall cleanups
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Accurately track time and job notes using the Jobber app
- Assist with snow and ice removal in winter months
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality results
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 2 years of commercial landscaping maintenance experience
- Experience operating commercial mowers and equipment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with fertilization, pruning, or landscape construction
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer attached, with a good driving record
- Horticulture or gardening knowledge

Pay & Schedule
- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
- Full-time seasonal opportunities
- 8–10-hour shifts
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
