Role Description

Qualifications

- Experience in community engagement, advocacy, and connecting individuals to resources.
- Strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in diverse communities.
- Knowledge of local resources and social services available in the South Bronx area is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer applications and data entry systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken in the community is an advantage.
