You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and craft interventions to address your internal client groups’ specific business needs, tying everything back to the organization’s overall business strategy and operating objectives. This is a unique opportunity to join our HRBP team early in its history and really drive the future of BambooHR.

It requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical execution, and interpersonal influence. If you’re ready to bring this blend of skills and face new challenges head-on, you just might be the perfect fit for our HRBP team!
Now, on to the specifics. A few of the things you’ll do as an HRBP include:
- Develop deep knowledge of our business to partner and consult with leaders on how to achieve core business objectives.
- Work directly with leaders in assigned divisions to drive projects focused on employee experience, retention, engagement and productivity, and the overall people and talent strategies needed to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Regularly gather and interpret people data to identify trends, and provide proactive insights to leadership to address operational needs.
- Give day-to-day support and coaching to leadership on a variety of actions - including employee relations issues, compliance, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational structure and design.
- Collaborate on developing the culture of your assigned functions.
- Partner with HR and company leaders to grow the capacity of the organization’s key talent and associated development programming.
- Support our annual HR cycle deliverables - including performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment; etc.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
