Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and load & unload machinery safely and efficiently
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading goods with precision and adherence to safety standards
• Conduct materials handling activities including heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory within the warehouse
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Follow OSHA safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Assist in warehouse distribution tasks by managing order picker operations and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles
• Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory control
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse environments
• Experience with materials handling techniques including heavy lifting and load securing
• Ability to work efficiently with pickers and perform order picking with precision
• Construction or industrial background is a plus for understanding complex machinery or structural handling

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
