Bamboo Spa & Bamboo Nails in San Francisco’s Marina District is hiring a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
This role includes:
- Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing check-in/check-out and payments
- Supporting daily spa operations and organization
- Assisting with client communication and guest experience
Ideal candidates:
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Are reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Have previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Weekend availability preferred
- Booker, Mindbody, Vagaro, Square, or Google Workspace experience is a plus
