In this role, you will represent our clients at local events and retail locations, engage directly with customers, provide product and service information, and help create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage in face-to-face conversations with customers throughout the day
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer customer questions
- Introduce products and services in a clear and positive way
- Help drive new customer acquisitions through customer engagement
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, signage, and promotional materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event area
- Work with team members to solve challenges during events
- Stay positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Strong communication skills or willingness to improve
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods during events
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
