Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service/Cashier In to our restaurants, this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage transactions accurately will be key to your success in this position.

Duties

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Assist customers with product selections and provide product demonstrations when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Supervise junior staff members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate promotions and sales effectively to customers to drive sales growth.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to assist diverse customer needs.
• Restaurant experience need

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cash handling or operating a cash register is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in sales or a retail environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
