Landscape Laborer
BAMS Landscaping & Lawn Care is hiring dependable Landscape Laborers to join our growing team in Montgomery County, MD.
We’re looking for hardworking people who enjoy working outdoors and want consistent work with a professional landscaping company. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with landscape maintenance and property cleanups
- Mow, trim, edge, blow, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Plant, mulch, prune, and perform seasonal landscape work
- Assist with patios, walkways, drainage, planting, and other landscape installations
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work as part of a crew and follow direction from Crew Leaders
- Provide professional service at residential and commercial properties
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to work well with a team
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required
- Landscaping, construction, or outdoor work experience is a plus
