Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer preferences, managing objections, and closing sales confidently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software to ensure seamless follow-up and pipeline management.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage inventory control and assist with dealership inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills to confidently present vehicles and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a MUST for engaging with diverse customer bases (SPANISH).
- Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling or B2B sales will give you an edge.
