**Sheet Metal Mechanic (HVAC) — Field Installer**

BAM Mechanical Corp. is hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our field installation team. This is a hands-on role installing HVAC ductwork systems on commercial and industrial job sites. If you take pride in clean installs and know your way around a set of shop drawings, we want to hear from you.
**What you'll do:**
- Install HVAC ductwork, fittings, hangers, and related sheet metal components in the field
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and submittals
- Lay out, cut, hang, and seal duct runs to spec
- Coordinate with other trades on site to keep the job moving
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all OSHA standards
**Requirements (must have):**
- Must reside in Westchester County or Orange County, NY
- 5 years of field experience installing HVAC ductwork
- Must own reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 certification required (minimum)
- Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and shop tickets
- Comfortable with all standard sheet metal hand and power tools
- Experience with rectangular and round duct, flex, and liner
- Own hand tools
