- • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency
• Leading a team of skilled professionals in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Collaborating with other departments to address resident concerns and improve overall service quality
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance property condition and regulatory compliance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
• ~2-3 years of maintenance experience in a related field, with supervisory experience strongly preferred
