Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Paralegal position based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Paralegal will support attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, conduct legal research, and assist in case management. Additional tasks include reviewing and organizing case materials, liaising with clients to gather necessary information, and managing communication between parties. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and experience in personal Injury
- Proficiency in claims management
- Strong Communication skills, including client communication and professional correspondence
- Attention to detail and ability to organize complex legal files
- Proficiency in Filevine and Ai is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Experience in personal injury law is an asset
