What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and customers for in-person sales presentations
- Demonstrate our premium concrete coating systems
- Educate clients on product benefits and design options
- Close deals and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline effectively
- Represent BAM Coatings with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience preferred (home improvement or in-home sales a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing follow-ups
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented (you like winning — we respect that)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to learn — we train the right candidates
