Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Develop, edit, and publish compelling digital media content across various platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Oversee office management tasks like filing, data entry, proofing documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance via phone or email and ensuring customer support standards are met.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data management.
- Assist with calendar management, personal assistant duties, and coordinating meetings or events to optimize team productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Google Workspace tools.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media content creation or digital media production is a plus.
