Role Description
This is a full-time litigation associate position located on-site in Boise, Idaho. The Litigation Associate will manage a diverse caseload, handle legal documentation such as drafting motions, conduct research, and represent clients in legal proceedings including depositions and court appearances. The associate will collaborate with the firm's legal team and provide clients with effective representation throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal practice, particularly in handling personal injury

- Experience with drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documentation.
- Capability to perform and manage depositions and collaborate effectively in pre-trial procedures.
- Familiarity with court proceedings and the ability to represent clients with professionalism and legal acumen.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Utah.
- Prior experience in litigation, personal injury, or related legal fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
- Experience in drafting and filing Motions, and other legal documentation
- Strong skills in Research to effectively analyze cases, laws, and precedents
- Experience preparing for and conducting Depositions
- Practical knowledge of courtroom procedures and experience working with Courts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the state of Idaho
- Experience in personal injury, wrongful death, or related practice areas is a plus
