Job Description:
Balto Health is a quickly growing Management Services Organization. We are looking to hire a Call Center Agent to work from our contact center and assist patients in applying for Medicaid and supplemental benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in the Medicaid and supplemental benefits application process.
- Provide clear and accurate information to patients about the requirements and application processes.
- Help patients effectively complete and submit their applications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other Medicaid application specialists.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning.
