Position Summary:
Position Summary:
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with experience producing graphics for digital and printing publications. The ideal candidate should have a creative skillset to produce on-brand, innovative designs, and concepts that rival competitors. This position will focus on designing and executing in-brand social and consumer marketing deliverables. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and will serve as a mentor to any junior-level designers. The Graphic Designer will report to the Art Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining brand standards that reflect brand tone and style across visual platforms.
- Work within the in-house creative team to brainstorm, develop, and implement in-season creative campaigns.
- Work within creative standards developed by an external agency to achieve on-brand deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing, corporate partnerships, social, video, game presentation, ticketing, ballpark ops, human resources, executive leadership, and other facets of the organization to produce requested deliverables on time and efficiently. These deliverables include consumer marketing materials, signage, environmental designs, logos, promotional items, large-format banners, digital/social content, and logos.
- Deliver real-time content on game days and assist with the creation of unique content as needed.
- Communicate effectively through multiple platforms and share and present creative ideas in a professional manner and setting.
- Continual development of skills and creative techniques.
- Assist with asset management and organization of project file management.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of experience creating various types of media including digital and print.
- Experience with Adobe’s Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a must.
- Strong understanding and ability to showcase design principles and understanding of layout.
- Prior experience with creating print-ready materials, specifically in large-format as well as digital practices.
- Must be knowledgeable and savvy in an Apple environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience delivering templated designs and working on high-volume creative requests under dynamic and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of motion design techniques using After Effects.
- Working knowledge of video production techniques using Premiere.

The anticipated salary for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 annually plus bonus eligibility depending on experience.
