What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll lead the charge on exciting structural steel and precast erection projects across the region. You'll be responsible for driving project success through proactive planning, operational efficiency, and our unwavering commitment to safe production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
- Collaborate directly with customers, architects, engineers, and internal teams to solve challenges before they arise.
- Manage change orders and proactively control project costs.
- Champion safety and quality initiatives through every phase of the project.
- Plan logistics for manpower, tools, and equipment, and determine optimal delivery and erection sequences.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and site-specific erection plans.
- Communicate clearly with subcontractors, superintendents, suppliers, and field forces to ensure alignment on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Engage in field surveys and document management to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of project management or engineering experience in structural steel and precast erection.
- Strong understanding of contract drawings, specifications, and shop detail drawings.
- Leadership skills to manage teams under tight deadlines while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in project cost reporting.
- Valid driver's license

- Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 (plus travel / per diem when applicable) based on experience and skills.
