The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Director of Mobile Response Services to lead Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc.’s mobile crisis intervention programs. In this role, you’ll provide strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compassionate crisis care across the community.
You’ll collaborate with partners, guide a multidisciplinary team, and use data-driven strategies to enhance service delivery and outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of mobile crisis response strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Oversee the daily operations of the mobile response teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to enhance service coordination and integration.
- Develop and manage the budget for mobile response services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of services and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of crisis response professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning for mobile response services.
- Advocate for the needs of individuals in crisis, promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues within the community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Represent Baltimore Crisis Response Inc at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote the mission and services of the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field is required. A Doctorate degree is preferred.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mental health or crisis intervention services, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing mobile response strategies and programs.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges faced by urban communities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial planning for large-scale programs.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders, community partners, and government agencies.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective, evidence-based solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in crisis response and mental health services.
