TASKS:
- Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special events

Follow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practices

Work carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as needed

Support a strong, team-focused kitchen environment
REQUIREMENTS

Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen

Experience in fine dining, buffets, grill stations, or display cooking preferred

Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail
