Baltimore Country Club is actively searching for hard working, enthusiastic individuals to join our Clubhouse Services team!
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CLUBHOUSE SERVICES ASSOCIATE:
The Clubhouse Services Associate is a versatile position that is responsible for working in the Men's Locker Room and the Welcome House. Providing both a safe and secure campus by monitoring and assessing the traffic entering and exiting Club property while in the Welcome House and maintaining a clean and well stocked locker room while working as a Locker Room Attendant.
Tasks:
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and staff with a friendly attitude.
- Monitor traffic entering and exiting the Club through the Welcome House.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming campus.
- Providing shoe service to the members and guests including replacing golf spikes and shoeshines.
- Keep the Men's Locker Room clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Assist members and guests with locker room needs and requests.
- Pitch in wherever needed to help create a great experience for Members and Guests
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must have reliable transportation.
- Must be a quick thinker, vigilant, and effective problem solver.
- You must be able to work as a team player.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Must be adaptable in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have a flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
