What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep / Dishwasher position at Baltik’s Bagel?
We're looking for a key teammate here at Baltik's Bagel: a prep cook / dishwasher.
We are an incredibly fast growing little company, with a small but dedicated team who day to day creates the best bagels and the best guest experiences we possibly can.
Prep Cook / Dishwasher
After training, this person will will oversee a) the prep, ensuring all prep is done to quantity and quality standard; b) the dishes, ensuring all dishes are done to standard for cleanliness and timing, and c) the cleanliness of the back of house, successfully completing scheduled cleaning projects.
Basics of the Job:
- Schedule: 7a - 3p
- All in comp: $19 - 21/hr
- Weekly Pay
- All Sundays off
- Full Time (30-40 hrs)
Day to Day:
- Enter at 7a, do ~1 hr of dishes,
- execute against the prep list,
- assist with dough
- Knock out some cleaning projects
- Do ~1.5hr closing dishes
- Close the back (trash, sinks, sweep & mop)
