MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – (12-HOUR SHIFTS)
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the continuous operation of the plant, minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
✔ Utilize, update, and review CMMS work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
✔ Inspect and analyze equipment performance through noise, vibration, temperature, and pressure measurements.
✔ Conduct repairs, replacements, calibrations, adjustments, lubrication, and cleaning as required.
✔ Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, EHS policies, and operational procedures.
✔ Identify spare parts and material requirements, coordinating with the supervisor for procurement.
✔ Maintain detailed work reports, documenting detected failures, used materials, and machine conditions.
✔ Participate in team meetings, audits, and inspections to support continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
