Job Summary:
As a Surveillance Officer, you will monitor the overall operations of Surveillance on their assigned shifts, via a CCTV monitoring system. Utilizing this equipment to protect the property, guests, employees and all assets. This position's wage is $16.50.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
- Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
- Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
- Monitors all non-gaming procedures
- Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
- Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer/employee service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Above average math skills.
- Strong organizational and decision making abilities
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
- Visually able to define color.
- Able to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work at heights above 10 foot high.
- Ability to lift up to 25 LBS.

- Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time.
