The Role:
The Showroom Host Person is responsible for directing all guests to their appropriate assigned seats.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for directing guests to proper seating in the showroom, offering friendly and courteous service to all guests.
- Responsible for the proper set up of assigned station.
- Responsible for clean-up of assigned station after each show.
- Verbally communicates information to guests regarding the property’s facilities whenever possible.
- Stands for long periods of time.
- Stock, set-up and maintain the concierge area.
- Answer all guest questions and provide detailed, accurate information.
- Perform tickets sales for all entertainment, assists guests with modifications and cancellations.
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority. Provides Thoughtful Service at all times.
- Balances cash and ticket transactions
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Stock, set-up and maintain the box office area.
- Answer all questions and provide detailed and accurate information.
- Perform ticket sales for all entertainment, including assisting guests with modifications, or cancellation requests.
- Verbally communicates information to guests regarding the property’s facilities whenever possible.
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and informs management of any unresolved issue.
- Provides Thoughtful Service at all times.
- Balances cash and ticket transactions.
- Assists with seating guests during show nights.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Regular attendance required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
Language Skills:
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Remembering Details, Reading, Directing Others, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Remembering Names and Faces, Examining and Observing Details.
Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
Inside, Noisy, Visual Effects, such as strobe lights and lasers may be used during shows.
