Responsibilities:
- Performs mechanical repairs and maintenance to assigned areas.
- Operates HVAC equipment including remote auxiliary equipment.
- Takes frequent readings on all gauges on all property equipment and refrigeration equipment and maintain logs.
- Checks all air handling units once per week and programming A/C schedules for all meeting rooms daily.
- Performs all maintenance including preventive maintenance.
- Responds to all emergency conditions.
- Assists General Maintenance on technical problems.
- Assists the manager in emergency situations.
- Performs preventive maintenance to all equipment and record history in log.
- Orders and receives materials related to area and maintain orderly inventory.
- Familiarizes self with and completes all paperwork associated with preventive maintenance program.
- Maintains good housekeeping practices in shop and work areas.
- Assists in other areas in repairs.
- Maintains knowledge of property information and memorabilia.
- Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.

- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
