What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealer - Table Games (Part-Time) position at Bally's?
Maintains a knowledge of, and adherence to, company/department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to State and Federal regulations. Controls pace of the game and ensures highest level of game protection at all times. Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.
Responsibilities:
- Give genuine customer service to our internal and external guests
- Deal Blackjack.
- Accept bets.
- Build and maintain rapport with guests
- Pays winners and collects from non-winners.
- Handles player transactions.
- Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons.
- Fills and credits tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls.
- Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role.
- Other duties as required.
Salary: $12.14 tips
