What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator - Table Games position at Bally's?
Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all levels of casino operations
- Coordinate departmental schedules, staffing updates, and administrative calendars
- Prepare, maintain, and organize operational reports, employee records, and confidential documents
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping approvals, and attendance tracking
- Place vendor orders, track deliveries, maintain inventory logs, and process invoices
- Scan, upload, and maintain employee and operational documentation
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and administrative orientation processes for new hires
- Assist management with meeting preparation, reporting, and special projects
- Investigate and help resolve team member concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Complete other duties as assigned
Compensation:
- Target salary range: $25/hr

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds and frequently carry office supplies or operational materials
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday

- In this position, you may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and fast-paced casino operations
