The Role:
Responsible for the delivery and service of beverages to guests while complying with company procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality service. Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by following the Thoughtful Service Model at all times. Work effectively with other employees to provide quality, efficient service.
- Accurately computes bill and accepts payment.
- Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures governing the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor area for cleanliness and remove glasses, bottles, paper products, etc., and dispose of per operating procedures. Clean chairs/stools of crumbs and/or spills and spot check carpet for dirt and stains.
Qualifications:
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English
- Must be able to work with the public and present a clean, courteous image.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
