What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - Ciera Steak and Chophouse (Part Time) position at Bally's?
Responsibilities:
- Mix and dispense beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures. Take drink orders from servers and process drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned. Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
- Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas and storage areas.
- Maintain stock on all beverage and bar service items and replenish as required.
- Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks.
- Must be knowledgeable about beers, liquors and beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
- Must follow the Purpose and Values model at all times.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
Target Salary Range:
- $12.00 per hour
