Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
- Operates all computer systems, ensuring proper operations of all programs and hardware to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Works with other department managers and supervisors on a regular basis to ensure enforcement and adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as to ensure compliance to the policies of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversees necessary upgrades and changes to hardware and software.
- Maintains computer networks, adding and deleting devices as necessary.
- Maintains system back-ups as scheduled or requested.
- Trains employees to use current property systems.
- Assists, guides, and instructs employees in proper performance of computer operations.
- Prepares system reports as required by company policies and procedures, and state gaming regulations as scheduled or required.
- Prepares data for the department operating budgets and takes action on budget variance items.
Compensation:
- $90,000 salary

Experience
Preferred- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
