The Insights team at Bally’s Interactive is one of our fastest-growing and most impactful squads. As an Insight Analyst, Gaming, you’ll sit at the heart of the action, working across brands, products, and markets to help us grow market share and deliver a truly thrilling player experience.

With a huge volume of data at our fingertips, we don’t just report numbers, we find the story behind the bets and turn insights into game-changing decisions.

We give our analysts the freedom to experiment, explore new tools, and push analytical boundaries. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative, sharp, and supportive team that loves brainstorming, sharing ideas, and leveling each other up.

What You'll Do

• Analyze iGaming data across multiple brands and jurisdictions to deliver clear, actionable insights that move the needle.

• Know our content, from top-performing slots and live dealer tables to poker and promos so you can turn complex data into recommendations that resonate with real players.

• Understand where we should push which products, identify high-impact opportunities, and spot the game-changers that help us grow smarter and faster.

• From jackpots and bonus buys to franchises and side bets, you’ll know what makes our offering stand out and how to make the on-site experience even better.

• Suppliers are a big part of the playbook. Know who’s strong where, what high-value players love, and how we can personalize the experience for every segment.

• Track competitors, market trends, and performance benchmarks, we never want to be playing catch-up.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years’ experience in an analytical role within the iGaming / gambling industry (essential)

• Interest and understanding of iGaming products and mechanics

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to turn complex questions into clear, actionable insights

• Comfortable working with and influencing multiple stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset with a desire to continuously learn and grow

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain findings and recommendations

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines

• SQL and Excel proficiency (essential)
