Tuesday - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday - 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greets and assists employees, applicants, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answers and routes incoming calls, responds to general HR inquiries, and provides accurate information.
- Provides support with file management, including organizing, scanning, and archiving personnel documents.
- Assists with the transition from paper-based to digital recordkeeping, ensuring files are accurately labeled and stored.
- Maintains updated and organized employee records in both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Logs and tracks key HR documents such as disciplinary notices, performance evaluations, and personnel updates.
- Assists in preparing standard HR forms, memos, and letters.
- Helps coordinate interview scheduling, orientation sessions, and HR meetings.
- Maintains a tidy, professional front office area and supports administrative operations.
- Handles confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Ensures all work complies with internal procedures and applicable retention standards.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides administrative support to other HR team members as needed.
- Participates in special projects or additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Familiarity with filing systems, scanning, and electronic records management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Must pass a background check.
- Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
- Professional appearance and punctual attendance are expected.
