Supervisor - Events and Promotions

Responsibilities

• Prepares status reports on all special events and entertainment functions to include pre and post event analysis.
• Attends pre and post event planning meetings with appropriate departments relative to property interface functions.
• Assists in the financial and operational analysis of special events programs to determine their future viability.
• Works closely with various Marketing divisions on event planning for data base customers.
• Responsible for assisting with the overall management and coordination of events to include Senior
• Marketing Events, Premium Slot events and retail driven events, which includes handling money for such events.
• Prepares and submits for approval to the Indiana Gaming Commission, all necessary documentation as it pertains to each event.
• Responsible for coordinating retail events, high-end events and/or senior marketing events in conjunction with various operational departments.
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7 hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
  
  

Work Environment

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Target Salary Range

Hourly $17.55 – $21.15
