Responsibilities
- Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
- Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
- Ensures the enforcement of policy.
- Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
- Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
- Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
- Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
