- Perform basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks and projects as assigned.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects.
- Clean all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators in front and back of house areas.
- Vacuum all floors in front and back of house areas.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms in front and back of house areas.
- Mop floors around the bars, restrooms, and entrances in front and back of house areas.
- Remove all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans in front and back of house areas and empty all trash and debris in the outside dumpsters.
- Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
- Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
- Safe and appropriate use of all housekeeping and maintenance equipment, including vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, tommie lift, hand tools, shop vac, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.
- Safe and appropriate use of all maintenance-related types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Safe and appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment. Use of two-way radio.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Read, write, and understand simple instructions and building plans in English.
- Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.

- Required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
- Required to bend or stoop and to lift up to 100 pounds, including lifting overhead.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Exposure to variable temperatures, smoke, steam, and wet areas.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat loud.
