Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The Role:
Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. By focusing on your goals and responsibilities, while striving for improvement, you make the
difference.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve patrons in lounge, restaurant, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Receive and understand beverage orders, relay drink orders to bartenders.
- Carry and balance full tray of beverages.
- Circulate throughout assigned workstation on a continuous basis, greeting guests in a friendly manner, taking beverage orders, and delivering beverages.
- Compute charges for orders and accept payment for same; maintain an accurate bank at all times.
- Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
