The Role:
The Host Person is responsible for the proper rotational seating of guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests in station in a rotational manner.
2. Be able to answer guest questions regarding the restaurant outlet and menu items.
3. Alert the necessary Manager if there are any guest issues, special needs situations, or other situations.
4. Answer phone calls and take restaurant reservations, if applicable.
5. Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
- Excellent customer service and communication with the ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
