Job Summary:
As a EVS - Housekeeper, you are responsible for keeping all areas clean while complying company standards. This position's wage is $15.50.
Essential Functions:
- Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of all promotions and events
- Men’s & women’s restrooms cleaned and maintained
- Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house
- Associate Dinning Room maintained
- Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean
- Floor clean of clutter
- Vacuum where designated
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability
- Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well with team members and supervisory staff
- Previous janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred
- Previous supervisory training or experience is desired
- Must be able to lead, direct and organize other people
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
- Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds
- Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs
- Frequently required to reach overhead
- Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time
