Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role: 

Acts in compliance with all company and regulatory regulations and requirements.
Responsible for aiding the Surveillance Operations Manager and Director of Surveillance in the administration and effective operation of the Surveillance department. Monitor casino and associated areas via video cameras, computer screens, monitors, digital recorders, access control systems, computer dispatch, video printers, switches, selectors, and direct observation to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures, direct activities of the shift. Review table game play for analysis for win/loss reports. Review gaming play for possible Advantage Players and Cheats.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct detailed analysis and video review of table games.
• Prepare detailed reports reporting deviations from theoretical win/loss for the Bally’s AC Finance Department.
•  Prepare player analysis reports detailing the probability of advantage play, cheating techniques and vulnerabilities for employee/agent collusion issues.
•  Provide analysis of all casino department operations and assist the Director of Surveillance and the Surveillance Operations Manager in writing department policies and procedures regarding said operations as they affect the daily operations of the Surveillance Department.
•  Conduct table games and cheating method training for Surveillance Department Personnel.
•  Conduct Finance Income Audit reviews when inconsistences with Table Game/VLT drop amounts are found and submit a detailed incident report regarding the inconsistencies.
•  Cover open supervisor shifts as needed and directed by the Surveillance Operational Manager. 
•  Conduct analysis of game play requested by Table Game Management with the use of BJ Survey and provide the detailed report to the Director of Table Games and the Director of Surveillance for review of possible advantage players.
• Other duties as assigned.
•  NOTE: EMPLOYEES MUST ADHERE TO THE REGULATIONS SET FORTH IN N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11 AND MUST SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THESE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO BEING EMLOYED IN THE SURVEILLANCE DEPARTMENT.

Qualifications: 

•  Must have a broad knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures, and administration. 
•  Familiar with camera equipment and those methods of operation and recording as required. 
•  Must know those methods of cheating games, and other related activities. 
•  Must be able to identify those cheating methods and other irregular activities.
